We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Handypilo. Eligible products may be returned in accordance with the conditions below.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product should generally be unused, in substantially the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories where applicable.

The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the product if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not send products to the return address before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may not be properly identified.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly at service@handypilo.com.

Please include photographs showing the issue so that we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is requested because of a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or another reason not caused by Handypilo, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If we confirm that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
